The conference will take place at NYCU Guangfu Campus, located in the East District of Hsinchu City, Taiwan.
The campus is approximately 40 km south of Taoyuan International Airport and 60 km south of central Taipei, and is well connected by intercity transportations, including freeway buses, High-Speed Rail (HSR), and Taiwan Railway (TR).

Getting to NYCU Guangfu Campus

From Taoyuan International Airport (TPE)

• Freeway Bus
  Direct bus service Route 1280 operates between TPE terminals and NYCU Guangfu Road Stop.
  A 15-minute walk from the bus stop to the venue.
• HSR & Local Bus
  Take the Airport MRT to HSR Taoyuan Station, then take the HSR to Hsinchu.
  From HSR Hsinchu Station, take the Pilot Bus (listed as “Lead Bus” on Google Maps) or the University Shuttle from Bus Platforms 2 or 5.
• HSR, TR & Taxi (Alternative)
  From HSR Hsinchu Station, transfer to Taiwan Railways at Liujia Station (adjacent to the HSR station).
  Alight at Xinzhuang Station and take a short taxi ride to the campus.
  This option is recommended during peak hours.

From Taipei Songshan Airport (TSA)

• HSR & Local Bus
  Take the MRT to Taipei Main Station, then transfer to the HSR to Hsinchu.
  From HSR Hsinchu Station, take the Pilot Bus or University Shuttle (Bus Platforms 2 or 5).
• HSR, TR & Taxi (Alternative) HSR & Local Bus
  From HSR Hsinchu Station, transfer to Taiwan Railways at Liujia Station (adjacent to the HSR station).A

From Taipei Main Station

• Freeway Bus
  Frequent services (Routes 2011, 9003, 1822) operate from Taipei Bus Station (adjacent to Taipei Main Station) to NYCU Guangfu Road Stop.
  A 15-minute walk to the venue.
  Route 2011C offers limited direct services onto campus; please check the timetable in advance.
• HSR & Local Bus
  Take the HSR to Hsinchu Station, then transfer to the Pilot Bus or University Shuttle (Platforms 2 or 5).
• HSR & Local BusTake TR & Local Bus
  Take Taiwan Railways (TR) to Hsinchu Station.
  From Hsinchu Station, transfer to the Pilot Bus or Route 2 and alight on campus.
  Alternative bus routes:
  Blue 1, 182, or 5608 
  Alight at NYCU Guangfu Road (Guogou) Stop, then walk approximately 15 minutes to the venue.
• Train & Taxi (alternative):
  Transfer from HSR Hsinchu Station to Liujia Station (TR).
  Alight at Xinzhuang Station and continue by taxi.

Peak Hours Alert

• During weekday rush hours, bus travel times may increase. Participants are advised to consider the TR + taxi option for a faster and more reliable journey.
• Please note that 1 May (Labour Day) forms part of a national long weekend in Taiwan. Heavy traffic congestion is commonly reported on national freeways, intercity bus routes, and around HSR stations, particularly on 30 April to 1 May and during afternoon and evening periods . Participants travelling on or around 1 May are strongly encouraged to: 
  Allow additional travel time,
  Avoid peak departure hours where possible, and use rail-based transport (HSR or TR) rather than long-distance buses.
