Venue

The conference will take place at NYCU Guangfu Campus, located in the East District of Hsinchu City, Taiwan.
The campus is approximately 40 km south of Taoyuan International Airport and 60 km south of central Taipei, and is well connected by intercity transportations, including freeway buses, High-Speed Rail (HSR), and Taiwan Railway (TR).

Note: HSR trains depart every 15–30 min. After arriving at HSR Taoyuan Station via MRT, please allow extra time for purchasing tickets and waiting for the next southbound train. Check the HSR timetable in advance.

Taxis are available at the arrival hall of both terminals. Uber is also widely available — download the app before arrival.

Notes for all travelers

• Get an EasyCard at the airport — it works on buses, MRT, trains, convenience stores, and YouBike.

• Free Wi-Fi is available at the airport. Consider purchasing a local SIM card or eSIM for data.

• Bus #1250 is the most straightforward option with a stop near the NYCU campus gate.

Option 1 · Direct Bus

Direct & Frequent

Route: Take bus 2011, 9003, or 1822 from Taipei Bus Station to the NYCU Guangfu Rd Stop.

To the venue: A 15-min walk from the stop to the campus.

Note: Bus 2011C goes directly into the campus, but please check the schedule in advance!

HSR

Option 2 · High-Speed Rail (HSR)

Fast intercity transit

Route: Take the HSR to Hsinchu Station.

Transfer: Catch the Pilot Bus (Platform 2) or University Shuttle (Platform 5) directly to the campus.

Option 3 · Regular Train (TR)

Standard rail network

Route: Take the train to Hsinchu Station.

Transfer: Transfer to the Pilot Bus or Bus Route 2 directly into the campus.

Alternative Transfer:

Take a local train from HSR Hsinchu/Liujia Station to Xinzhuang Station

Take a short taxi ride to the campus
