The following guidelines are for paper presenters to prepare their presentations in the CAADRIA 2026 paper sessions. It is required to download and use the template provided and carefully read the following guidelines.
A remote presentation will be conducted on the Zoom platform. Make sure you have installed Zoom app or use a compatible browser if you use Zoom on the web.
A dry-run meeting room will be provided for you the day before your presentation.
CAADRIA 2026 offers conditional remote presentations to authors unable to attend the conference in person. Only authors who qualify for the conditions and have been approved through the survey are eligible to present remotely. Approved remote authors are required to submit a pre-recorded video presentation. The video will be played during the scheduled session on your behalf. Please read the following requirements carefully.
Remote authors should be online during their scheduled session for live Q&A. Further instructions regarding the virtual connection will be communicated via email closer to the conference dates.
As a reminder, the deadline for remote authors to submit their pre-recorded videos is 22 April 2026 (UTC+8).

Submission process: All papers must be submitted via the OpenConf platform. When you are ready to submit your manuscript, please visit OpenConf and login using the same user ID and Password you used for your abstract submission.
Template: All authors must use this TEMPLATE when preparing their manuscript. Ensure you read through the template carefully and follow all provided instructions. Submissions that have not used the template and/or have not followed the guidelines will not be considered for review. When you are ready to submit your manuscript, save it as PDF and upload it to the OpenConf system.
Manuscript Length: Full papers are limited to 10 pages in total within the given format, including references and images. Please prepare the paper using the given template above. Papers longer than 10 pages will be automatically excluded.
Full anonymity: The review process for the full research papers is double-blind. Papers must not reveal the identity of the authors. File names should also be anonymous. To “blind” your submissions, do not include any of the author names or identifying information in your full paper submissions, including funding information, acknowledgements, etc.
Proceedings: All scientific paper submissions will go through a thorough peer-review process. Those accepted (and presented) will be included in the proceedings, published on CuminCAD and indexed in Scopus.
Authors who have had their papers accepted for CAADRIA 2026 are now required to submit the camera-ready manuscript for the final stage of the CAADRIA paper selection process via the OpenConf system.
Before you finalise your submission, read the text below very carefully. Inclusion of final papers in the conference presentations and proceedings publications will be subject to final review by the Paper Selection Committee, and compliance with submission deadlines, formatting guidelines, and payment of the conference registration fee. Papers that do not follow the required formatting will be returned to authors for revision and may be excluded from the proceedings publications.

Important steps to make sure that the meta-data in the OpenConf system matches your latest paper version:
Update the original fields you filled in when you submitted your abstract to match the information in your manuscript. If you updated your abstract, make sure you update them in this system. If you updated the author list, details or order, also make sure you update them in the system. All Authors must do the following in the OpenConf system:
We will use the OpenConf paper information to group papers in the proceedings and conference sessions, so accuracy is very important. Please take some time to double-check if everything is correct!
SUBMISSION FILE UPLOADS:
As stated, when you are ready to submit your paper. Visit the OpenConf system and upload ONE ZIP File. The Zip file must contain ONLY TWO FILES. The first File is your manuscript in Word format (.docx), and the second file is the exact same manuscript in PDF format (.pdf).
As a reminder, the deadline for Authors to submit their final manuscripts is the 23rd of January 2026.
