Registration

CAADRIA 2026 will be organized in a physical conference format. All events will be conducted in-person. Each accepted paper should have at least ONE unique registration.

We use EventX as our registration service. Major payment methods are generally available. You will receive a confirmation email with a personal QR code for check-in upon arrival at the conference venue.

The registration fees represent the significant efforts that are required to organize the conference, which results in the following benefits for participants:

• CAADRIA Membership 2026-2027;
• Access to all events, including workshops, keynote lectures, roundtable discussions, networking sessions, and tours;
• For authors: a rigorous, two-stage peer-review process offering valuable feedback on your research paper. If accepted and presented, the paper will be included in the conference proceedings and be indexed in CUMINCAD, which will be available online and in libraries worldwide;

Tickets and Fees

Please see the following table for the registration categories and fees. There are optional add-on tickets you can choose during registration, including printed proceedings and Gala Dinner seats.

Printed Proceedings: After purchase, you may grab your copy of the printed proceedings upon checking in on-site. Please note that all participants will have access to the PDF proceedings.

Gala Dinner: Seats with exquisite cuisine. However, seats are limited. Book your seat here when it is still available. On-site purchase of the Gala Dinner may not be provided, depending on booking status.

Processing Fee: Taiwan Entry Permit
(Applicable only to holders of Chinese passports issued in Mainland China)After all required information has been confirmed with Mr. Jinbao Zhong (鍾金寶先生), a separate payment item will be opened, and the payment link will be sent directly to your email.

Terms & Conditions

• No refund is given for cancellation of any reason.
• Presenters who are students may register under the student pricing. A valid student ID or proof of student status is required to be uploaded during registration process.
• Presenters who are non-students may register under the regular pricing.
• Non-author attendees who are not presenting are also welcome to register according to their status (regular or student).
• Registration is non-transferable to another person.
• To be eligible for publication, each paper requires one conference registration for the presenter. Multiple submissions by the same author are subject to multiple registrations.
• All prices are inclusive of post-conference events (tours). Seats are limited and will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Detailed information to be announced.

Personal Information Collection 
 Statement

The personal data collected will be used by The CAADRIA 2024 Organizing Committee for processing the captioned event. The Organizers may send you news and follow-up emails. All personal data you provided will not be disclosed to any third party.
