Call for Posters
The Posters program provides an interactive platform for innovative ideas and works that are worth sharing during the conference period. We invite participants and community members to submit posters on the conference theme Humanistic Computation and Intelligence and related topics for display. This year, we are calling for TWO types of posters:
- Project Exhibition: For built or developed architectural and experimental projects with high-impact practical contributions or behind-the-scenes views, which may include the design, tectonics, material, and process. Contributors are expected to produce a stand-alone graphic display (A0 poster) that demonstrates incremental products and completed outcomes.
- Work-In-Progress Research: For innovative ideas and research that demonstrate potential value, ask important questions, or are highly inspiring to the community’s interests, but not yet fully polished or still in progress. Contributors are expected to produce a stand-alone text and graphic display (A1 poster) that presents preliminary, partial, current findings and innovative insights that are important but not yet fully developed.
Selected posters should emphasize compelling visual/graphic elements and insights, offering conference attendees an engaging glimpse intoyour research context and creative process. In addition to the on-site poster exhibition, the selected works will be listed in the official Program Booklet, and a certificate of exhibition will be provided.
Submission eligibility and notes
- Open to all conference participants (with or without papers to present).
- Limited to ONE poster submission per participant.
- The research project must be visual and aligned with the CAADRIA theme and topics.
- Printing fees for the selected works will be handled by the CAADRIA conference.
Submission guidelines and templates
- Posters will be printed in A0 portrait for the Project Exhibition and A1 portrait for the WIP Research. Selected works will be exhibited at the conference.
- It is required to use one of the provided templates: Download Poster Templates (.zip). You may also download the Lato font here.
- Image quality is important. All images should be at least 300 dpi (dots per inch) and scaled appropriately to avoid pixelation or distortion.
- If special fonts or symbols are used in the poster, convert them to outlined graphics to ensure the final result is correct.
- Non-compliance with the template and guidelines will lead to the rejection of the project.
- Submission must be Print-ready. The poster submission format is PDF.
- [Optional] In addition to the poster file, it is recommended to also upload supporting materials, such as a video clip or media link, that may help the reviewers to better assess your work.
If you encounter any difficulties preventing you from submitting your work, please contact the Organizing Team at <caadria2026@arch.nycu.edu.tw>.
